Cut off date to receive the following month's letter is on the 20th of each month and ships via USPS within the first week of a new month. Example: sign up by August 20th and receive September's letter going out the first week of September.

There is no tracking provided for print club, that's part of the charm of snail mail. I highly encourage members to sign up for USPS Informed Delivery service at no cost.
